Voice-Staff Climate Survey
Voice-Staff Climate Survey (Voice) is a product of the Voice Project
Pty Ltd which is a research and consulting practice, directed by
Dr Peter Langford, based in the Department of Psychology, Macquarie
University. Voice Project Pty Ltd has a close and ongoing alliance
with OrgPsych. The Voice Project is dedicated to using organisational
surveys to give critical stakeholders a voice and improve organisational
diagnosis and decision-making. The focus of much of the work of
Voice Project team is diagnosing organisational culture and climate,
leadership, employee engagement, and customer/client loyalty.
Voice enables organisations to identify strengths and weaknesses of
their people management practices. Some examples of these practices
include leadership, supervision, communication and cooperation,
teamwork, organisational performance and job satisfaction.
Management and staff are provided with succinct reports indicating
areas for improvement in the short term 'Quick Wins' and areas for
improvement in the longer term.
