Organisational Psychologist
Peter currently lectures in human resource management and organisational psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate
levels at Macquarie University,
and is Director of Voice Project, a research and consulting practice based in the Department
of Psychology, Macquarie University. Voice Project is dedicated to using organisational surveys
to give critical stakeholders a voice and improve organisational diagnosis and decision-making.
Prior to working at Macquarie University, Peter was previously a consultant with Andersen Consulting
(now Accenture), where he was engaged in extensive change and project management consulting for
clients such as Commonwealth Bank, AMP, Rothmans, Wills, Westpac, and the universities of Griffith,
NSW, Queensland and Central Queensland.
Peter has published, presented and consulted widely on topics including organisational
culture and climate, leadership, employee engagement, client loyalty and key account management.
