Sociologist, Professional Coach, L&D Faciliator

Karina has a professional background in recruitment, sales, industrial psychology and administration, and an academic background in sociology, philosophy, psychology, gender studies and creative writing.

She is innovative, entrepreneurial (having founded several NFP organisations, and three businesses), entertaining and astute. Karina has 15 years experience working in the corporate world and seven years teaching and lecturing at Deakin University.

Karina has an innate social conscience, having volunteered for many caring causes (Villa Maria Society for the Blind, Turning Point Domestic Violence Shelter, Lighthouse Foundation, Australian Life Coaching Society) and now, through her founding work with High Ideals, The Leapfrog Revolution and the Goodness Revolution, she raises awareness of the need to act with conscious compassion, ‘give back’ and ‘pay it forward’ in whatever way we can to create a sustainable future for all life on this planet.
