Conflicts between and among individuals, groups, organisations, and nations pervade the life of everyone. At the organisational level, conflict can arise because members of different groups/departments see the needs of the organisation differently because of their different roles and functions. This module considers the differences between conflict and negotiation and the procedures involved in the resolution processes.
