Amanda Horne

As an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Corporate Adviser, Amanda is trained in Positive Psychology and is informed by Positive Organisational Scholarship, Positive Organisational Behaviour and Appreciative Inquiry - fields which are concerned with building strengths in people, teams and organisations. Amanda is currently director of her own company and works with organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.  She has a background in Adult Education, Economics and has worked extensively in Australia and the UK.

Judyth Wiley

Judyth has been coaching executives since 2004, and working as an independent Marketing Consultant since 1994. She has coached executives in leadership development, resolving conflict, managing people, improving motivation and performance. Twenty five years plus of business experience, including servicing blue chip clients in multinational Direct Marketing Agencies and consulting to hundreds of business, gives Judyth a depth of practical experience, sound strategic ability and understanding of people.  Judyth has a BA in Law & Sociology, is a certified NLP Practitioner and is informed by MBTI, Decision Dynamics Decision Making Styles & Career Model and Positive Psychology.

Silvia de Ridder

With over 15 years executive experience Silvia has an extensive background in corporate environments developing and leading cross functional teams on a broad range of business change management programs within Telecommunications, Airline, Public Sector and Construction industries. Silvia is also an adjunct lecturer at the University of New South Wales (School of Business Masters Program). Her key strengths include structure and discipline in her approach; drive and commitment to others; the trust she develops with others; flexibility around the needs of the organisation and individual. She is a certified executive Coach, trainer and facilitator with a Masters in Business and Technology as well as professional qualifications in Engineering, Project Management and Workplace Assessment and Training.

Bernadette Degabriele

Considerable experience in the public, private and volunteer sector with programme and project management, organisational change management, facilitation, ICT implementations, executive coaching, procurement, contact centres and risk mitigation, Bernadette presents with strong skills in business process modeling and implementations and provides a proven history of successfully implementing business initiatives for both clients and employers. Her primary interests in people management and proven leadership in business, Government and Defence has seen Bernadette successfully lead, manage and develop teams. Also delivering organisational change management services from both leadership and organisational development and an information technology perspective Bernadette works with change at both the individual and organisational levels simultaneously.  Bernadette works with and supports her clients to drive the success of their change management project.

Ted is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years experience and Senior Manager of Non Government and Private organisations. He acts as a consultant for several organisations delivering Clinical Psychological Services. Currently he is a Director of the Australian Psychological Society.
